From your first call or email, our aim is to understand your exact needs and design a bathroom that meets them.

 

Our prices are extremely competative - because we know this is important - but we will never compromise the quality of the materials we use. We can't because we guarantee them for a minimum of 12 month (or longer).

 

Each and every one of our projects follows a stringent process;

 

• Enquiry and discussion around requirements

• Site visit, photography & measurements of existing facilities (We will never try and obtain an order at this time)

• A detailed written quotation

• A friendly follow-up call to discuss any outstanding questions

If you wish to place an order we take a 30% deposit to secure the booking, a further 20% when we start and the remainder upon completion.
